1. How do I place my order?

Step 1: click ok the product or search on the products of your choice and click the particular product.

Step 2: click on the BUY NOW or click on the ADD TO CART for additional purchase.

Step 3: Press on the checkout and there you will complete the details of your personal information and place your order successfully.

2. When can I expect delivery of my order?

All the orders placed are shipped by the trusted and reputed courier services. But we will stock up only on the demand and we will manufacture fresh batch every time .

For India orders: All the orders will be processed within 4-5 days.

You can expect delivery of your order within 7-9 business days. For interior locations or rural locations, this may take up to 12-14 business days.

For International orders: All the international orders are processed within 4-5 days. So the expected delivery will be within 15-20 business days.

3. What can I do if my order is missed or damaged?

Ishal team is not responsible for the damaged orders or missed orders. If you guys need to get your orders replaced make sure that you have an unboxing video of your order. If you have any queries contact ishal naturalz customer care for clarification.

4. What is yout return and refund policy?

We are not responsible for any damage caused after the delivery but you claim only if you unboxing video.

Refund can be done if you cancel your order within we dispatch or you can initiate refund within 24 hours from your order confirmation

5. Do we have COD?

No, we don’t provide cash on delivery. Due to the safety of the products we don’t offer any cash on delivery.

6. How do we track our order?

As we have promised your orders will be dispatched and you will receive within 7-9 business days. But on customer’s request we provide tracking details. For getting additional information regarding the tracking you can contact our customer care service.
