Usage:
1.Use enough sunscreen to cover your entire body, including your face, ears, neck, arms & exposed areas.

2.Apply sunscreen 15 to 30 minutes before going outside. This gives it time to provide maximum protection.

3. Reapply sunscreen every two hours, or more often if you're swimming or sweating
